Method
- Start with your favourite steak, cook to your liking and set to the side.
- Heat oil in a wok or large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic & ginger & cook for 10 seconds. Add onion and carrots, stir fry 2 minutes. Add remaining vegetables; stir fry 5 minutes before adding oyster sauce, cook for 30seconds.
- Place noodles in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Thinly slice steak across the grain. Divide noodles into bowls, add veg and sliced steak. Garnish with sesame seeds, coriander & sliced chilli.
