600-700g rump steak, cut into 2cm chunks
½ sweet potato, cubed
1/3 cup chopped dried dates
1 can of diced tomato
1 large brown onion, chopped
1 can of chickpeas
1 beef stock cube
2 tsps of ground turmeric
2 tsps ground cumin
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cloves of crushed garlic

Moroccan Beef Tagine with sweet potato and dates
Method
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook for 6 hours on low.
